McNamara & Associates will coordinate the administration of the death in service scheme including: |

Administering new employees / entrants to the scheme

Administering the exit of existing members to the scheme

Administering the annual reports relating to the scheme

Liaise with the company representatives on a regular basis |

Income Continuance Schemes

McNamara & Associates will design and develop an appropriate income continuance package for each individual company and its employees.

Group Serious Illness
|
McNamara & Associates can provide Critical Illness Protection for staff members on a Group basis

The terms and conditions of this will be determined by a range of factors, including occupation, staff numbers and the level of cover, for each individual group.

McNamara & Associates will coordinate the administration of the Group Serious Illness Scheme including:

|
|

Administering new employees / entrants to the scheme
|
|
|

Administering the exit of existing members to the scheme |

PAYE Tax Reconciliation Schemes

McNamara & Associates will provide a tax reconciliation service for staff members relating to their PAYE income derived from employment with the company.

In addition and separate from the above service, McNamara & Associates will provide full tax advisory and compliance services to staff members.

|
|
The terms and conditions relating to the above services will be agreed prior to launch to staff members.

Flexible Benefits Solutions for Staff Incentives

McNamara & Associates will develop a suite of flexible benefits for staff incentive packages with each company
|

These benefits will be designed in such a way that they will be exempt from BIK
|
|
|
|
These benefits will be provided by way of a prepayment card facility specifically designed and developed for each company.
